Cosmetic packaging company Libo Cosmetics’ Clio Series highlights cosmetic palettes whose leather effect and chevron design emulate the look of a chic clutch handbag. Intended to create a “timeless, minimalist aesthetic,” the company says, the palettes are designed using eco-friendly, PET material to evoke leather’s texture. PET is said to be more eco-friendly as it requires less energy to produce, thus resulting in a lower carbon footprint. Using the material also reduces styrene use, and minimizes secondary manufacturing processes, the company says. Among Libo Cosmetics’ creations are compacts, lipstick cases, mascara containers, and lip-gloss containers.
