BEAUTYSTREAMS provides color forecasts and consumer insights to beauty companies on six continents, including Amway, AmorePacific, Chanel, Estée Lauder, LG, L’Oréal, MAC, Marie Dalgar, Martha Tilaar Companies, P&G, Sephora, Unilever, etc. A graduate of Esmod Paris, Mr. Nolte is a well-known expert that is widely quoted in global fashion and beauty publications.

Oonagh Phillips is Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of BW Confidential, the Paris-based business-to-business publication for the international cosmetics and fragrance industry. BW Confidential provides news and in-depth market analysis and commentary for beauty executives across the globe in print and digital formats. Oonagh has more than 20 years’ experience as a journalist covering the international beauty market. Prior to founding BW Confidential, Oonagh was Deputy Publisher and Editorial Director at trade publication ICN – International Cosmetic News. Oonagh has also written for a wide range of business and lifestyle publications on fashion, technology, and travel.

Qian Yi is the Deputy General Manager of Tmall Global. In his current position, he leads the global business development team to help global brands to find the best ways to enter China through Tmall Global in both platform and direct sourcing models. He also works closely with strategic partners from the world to expand business through Tmall Global platform. Additionally, Qian is on the frontier of empowering global brands to enter Southeast Asian markets via LazGlobal, a cross-border service similar to Tmall Global, offered by the region's leading eCommerce platform Lazada Group. 

Qian joined Alibaba in early 2015 and led B2B global marketing and business development team to mainly enhance the Alibaba ecosystem with global strategic partners to help SMEs to do business easier anywhere. Prior to joining Alibaba, Qian was the Product Marketing Director at Samsung Electronics Canada, responsible for product marketing, marketing communication and supply chain team for its home appliance division. Qian holds an MBA degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton.
